Returns and refund policy

Domestic (Australia):
All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

All of the shipping costs of the return products are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is confirmed to be faulty by one of our team members.

Returns will take up to 7 working days to be processed once they have arrived at the Studio.

In order to go through the return process, you would need to send us an email at info@berivanshwan.com and make sure you have included your order number and your reason for the return. Once we have authorised the return, the needed information such as address and contact details will be given to you. The next step would be going to your local post office and Sending us the tracking number and your order confirmation once the parcel has been sent.

As soon as the parcel arrives at our studio, one of our team members will inspect the clothes and make sure they meet the stated conditions mentioned below. If that is confirmed , a store credit will be offered to you.

· The clothes must be unworn with the original tags still attached to them.

· The items do not have any stains such as make up or tan on them.

· The products do not have any odour such as, deodorant, washing powder or perfume).

Berivan+Shwan has the right to reject any returned parcels that have passed the return period limit or in cases in which they have been confirmed to be worn or not in their original condition. In that case the parcel will be simply posted back to the customer and the shipping costs involved will not be covered by Berivan+Shwan.

International

· All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date, unless it has been specified by one of the customer service team members.

· The shipping cost of the return products will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is confirmed to be faulty by the team members.

Afterpay

As we will be offering Afterpay to our customers, the rules for this type of payment will be as follows:

· The return process will still be the same as the normal domestic return method.

· If the costumer requests a return, they will be offered a store credit for the full amount of purchased product, unless the item has been confirmed to be faulty by one of the team members.

Final Sale

Items that are in the final sale section of the website have been marked as non-returnable and non-exchangeable in the description of the items. Therefore, Berivan+Shwan will not be accepting any of the purchased items under this section.
